Keeps our distilling operations ticking over and monitors all stages of the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are adhered to.

Production Operator

Liam is involved in all things during the production process such as milling, mashing , fermentation, distillation, filling of casks and warehousing.

Bryce Martin

Production Team

Assists Darren and Liam with various duties around the distillery, including warehousing, malt intake and cask movement.

Craig Scott

Logistics & Customer Services Manager

Manages dry goods procurement, bottling, finished stock and shipping. Oversees UK and international dispatches while coordinating with hauliers, freight forwarders and export partners.

David Ferguson

Commercial Director

Responsible for bringing our brand to market and managing our Sales and Marketing function.

Business Development Executive

Responsible for making sure that our UK retailers are stocked with Lochlea whisky.

Trade Sales Manager

Makes sure that bars, pubs and venues across the land are well stocked with Lochlea whisky, as well as supporting our Export Markets.

Originally from California, Alex moved to Scotland to learn all he can about whisky.

Jordan is responsible for shaping how Lochlea is seen, felt and experienced around the world, from the stories we tell to the way our Single Estate provenance comes to life across every market.

The glue that keeps us together, Fiona assists the entire team with everything from invoices to enquiries.

Jim treats growing our barley as if it’s his very own crop, putting in long days on the seeder and combine and nurturing the crop to delivering the best yield possible. We are indebted to him for his attention to detail.

Robert Drummond

Robert approaches his work with real care and commitment, putting in long hours and bringing close attention to detail to everything he does at Lochlea. Now in his senior years, he brings not only experience, but a calm, steady hand that the farm would be hard pushed to do without.

Neil McGeoch

Owner/Farmer

A farmer at heart, Neil takes responsibility for growing our barley. Back in 2014 he had the idea of selling his cows and building a distillery and so began the journey of Lochlea. Neil is involved with all things Lochlea, supporting all aspects of the business and brand.

Jen McGeoch

Creative Manager

Jen has enjoyed designing the former piggery & cattle sheds into a welcoming space where our whisky can be sampled. She continues to assist with the creative side of the business from NPD to events and supporting sales.

Duties include greeting guests arriving at the distillery, directing traffic in the car park and our security guards (when awake!)
