Summary
Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is the third in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of our Seasonal trilogy. We have matured our signature Lochlea spirit in fresh 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, and the liquid is one year older than the 2023 Edition. The different cask makeup highlights our distillery’s progression as the last in the popular sherry- influenced Fallow trilogy.
