Drawn from a single fresh bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength, this release is a special whisky for a special cause. The nose opens with fresh apples and toasted coconut, layered with gentle oak and hints of sweet caramel and vanilla. On the palate, rich oaky vanilla leads into a subtle peppery spice before giving way to a vibrant burst of tropical fruit. The finish is smooth and warming, with sweet caramel and gentle oak spice that lingers beautifully.
