Third Crop celebrates the annual barley harvest on Lochlea Farm. Matured in a combination of Port, Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks, this expression delivers a rich, dessert-like dram packed with bright summer flavours.
Summary
Harvest Edition (Third Crop) is the second in a new and final set of four limited editions, marking the end of our Seasonal trilogy. This whisky has been double matured in refill bourbon barrels and port hogsheads, alongside an oloroso sherry butt, offering a different take on the sweet, summery flavour profile associated with the Harvest trilogy. With the spirit another year older, expect rich dessert notes upfront balanced by savoury black pepper on the finish.
